How long does it take to recieve the new VPS/VDS Details?
VPS/VDS Deploy time is usualy under 5 minutes, you should recieve the Instance information email right after payment.
How can i get a Trial VPS/VDS to test before ordering?
Simply register a new account from our client area and submit a sales ticket requesting a Trial VPS, please make sure to mention which package your intersted in.
How can i cancel my VPS/VDS Instance or addon?
Simply login to your client area and go to the service page you want to cancel, you will find a request cancellation button available.
To avoid getting a new invoice generated please make sure you cancel atleast 5 days prior to you billing due date.
Can i upgrade my VPS/VDS without losing my data?
Yes all your data will remain as is, The upgrade process only requires a system reboot.
How can i force restart my VPS/VDS instance?
Simply login to your client area and go to the service page, you will find a reboot button available.
Please make sure you only click once, it could take some time to execute.
How can i connect to my VPS/VDS from my Phone or PC?
A Linux Based Instance Simply use an SSH Client like Putty and connect to the IP address and port you recieved in your Information Email.
A Windows Based Instance Simply use Microsot Remote Desktop from your phone or PC to connect to the IP address and port you recieved in your Information Email.

If you are using MT4 Terminals we recommend choosing windows server 2012, MT4 has a much lower resources footprint running on windows 2012 compared to 2016 and 2019, for MT5 and ctrader you can choose any windows version you like.
Can i use any broker terminal on my trading VDS?
Yes you can use any trading platform, EA, or trading script you want, We do recommend making sure that your brokers servers are near your VDS Datacenter Location.
Do i have to install windows updates? and when to do it?
In short, If you don't install windows updates you will get hacked eventually. Windows discovers malicious backdoors all the time and releases these updates for a reason.
